Booking live music for hospitality venues should be simple and stress-free. Joe has put together answers to the most common questions from hospitality managers and event organisers, covering everything from set lengths and performance style to equipment and space requirements. His goal is to make the process seamless so you can focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience.
How long do you usually perform for?
Purely depends on how long the event is. I usually do 3-4 sets lasting about 20-45 minutes but this can be bespoke to fit the clients need.
Do you travel outside of the North West?
Yes – happy to travel across the UK and even Worldwide.
Would accommodation need to be provided?
If I am travelling over 2 hours to get to your event, there would be additional expenses for accommodation which we'd agree during the booking.
Can you play all styles of music?
Yes, I can play to any style that suits the clients need. I will also dress to compliment the theme of the event.
Do we need to book sooner rather than later?
Yes, the sooner you book the better as I'm often booked months and even years in advance. The earlier you book, the better availability I'm likely to have.
Do you take payment beforehand?
Yes, full payment is required before the gig.
Do you work with any DJ/Musicians?
Yes I am happy to work with any DJ or Musician as long as they are happy to work with me too. But I can recommend people I have worked with all have good working relationship with.
